Would you like to serve the Clay County Chapter as a volunteer? Do you have ideas to share or want to learn more about the chapter?

Your Clay County MSU Alumni Chapter Needs You!

Chapter Goals/Initiatives – engage all Bulldogs, be of service to our community, recruit students, and support scholarships to MSU. If you are interested in learning how you can help spread the Maroon and White, share your ideas, learn more about the chapter, volunteer for service, or just show your support, please contact any of our leadership volunteers or Janet Downey, Coordinator of Volunteer Engagement, MSU Alumni Association, at jdowney@alumni.msstate.edu or 662-325-8515.

How can you help?

  • Volunteer for a chapter leadership position – event/activity leads or points of contact, president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, student recruiting, community service, game-watch gatherings, social media, and board members.  If you can't commit to a leader position, could you commit to helping with one event or activity?
  • Activities for 2026 – Send-off Party to welcome new MSU students, regular board meetings, community service activity, annual chapter meeting, community events, supper club, MSU game-watch gatherings. The possibilities are endless.

Supporting the Chapter and Scholarship Fund

Financial Support of individuals and businesses is also important to the success of the Clay County Chapter. There are two ways to support through the MSU Foundation. Help us grow these funds by making a tax-deductible gift, in any amount.

Chapter Scholarship

The Clay County Chapter has a scholarship fund through the MSU Foundation to be given to entering freshmen students from Clay County. Support the Clay County Alumni Chapter Scholarship Fund.

Advancement Fund

The Clay County Chapter Advancement Fund supports the chapter's goals and initiatives. Gifts to this fund help pay for activities and events hosted by the chapter, which ultimately supports the chapter scholarship. Support the Clay County Chapter Advancement Fund.

To use a check, make checks payable to MSU Foundation and send to:
MSU Foundation, P.O. Box 6149, Mississippi State, MS 39762

You can also call (662) 325-7000.
