Alumni Recruitment Network
The Alumni Recruitment Network at Mississippi State is an unmatched
group of volunteer alumni who have banded together to help
Mississippi State recruit great students.
Members of the
Alumni Recruitment Network provide a unique and personal service to
Mississippi State University. Volunteers assist with organizing In-Home
recruiting parties, meeting prospective students and their parents and
spreading the word about the opportunities at Mississippi State.
Working
towards a common goal, it takes each and every volunteer recruiting in
areas all over the country to see our university continue to grow.
While being a member of the Alumni Recruitment Network, you would
receive a list of names each month of students that are within you area
of residence. You will have the information available to contact them
via phone call, email or write them a note on provided MSU stationary.

The goals of the ARN are simple:
- Help recruit the best
students to Mississippi State University.
- Get alumni
engaged with what is going on at State.
- Provide
alumni with a venue to serve our university.
- Allow our alumni to show pride in their alma mater while having fun.
Those who participate in the ARN have helped MSU by:
- representing MSU at
college fairs and high school awards programs;
- hosting and attending recruiting receptions in their
homes;
- referring students;
- calling, writing, and e-mailing
prospective students.
