Association working toward 2013 membership goal
The Alumni Association recently set its 2013 membership goal as 44,000 active members by December 31. For the last several years, the association has surpassed its goal, with a record breaking 43,568 active members in 2012. As of April 30, the 2013 active membership total stands at 27,318, which is 62 percent of the total goal.
Alumni support helps MSU continue to grow and thrive. Supporters provide service and gifts to MSU, enabling the university to succeed in its tri-fold mission of learning, service and research. By joining the Alumni Association, members provide funds for scholarships, technology, faculty support and so much more.
Joining the Alumni Association is easy. A gift to the university through the MSU Foundation or Bulldog Club automatically qualifies you as a member. Those funds are then used to enhance and advance the goals and vision of MSU.
