Traveling Bulldogs head to Kentucky Derby, Masters Golf Tournament
Each year, the MSU Alumni Association sponsors several travel opportunities enriched with informative educational programs, the services of a professional tour director and expert local guides. The Traveling Bulldogs will embark to destinations across the world visiting exotic locations in Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia and North America.
Led by world-renown travel agencies, each of the sponsored adventures ensures that travelers will have a unique, exciting and worry-free experience. All details and itineraries are carefully planned and executed allowing guests to sit back and enjoy the vacation.
In 2013, the Traveling Bulldogs are offering two special trips to the Kentucky Derby and Masters Golf Tournament. Both viewed as a “must have” lifetime experience, these trips are sure to please travelers of all ages.
April 8-14 will provide an opportunity to visit one of golf’s most distinguished events. Travelers can select a day to visit the beautiful Augusta National Golf Club and experience wonderful amenities including gourmet meals, a full service bar, concierge services, private patios and lounge areas, among others. In addition, the Traveling Bulldogs will experience the two most exciting minutes in sports history at the 138th running of the Kentucky Oaks and Derby. The trip, which is May 2-5, will include a three-night hotel stay in Louisville, meals, a celebrity jockey meet and greet, and several seating options. Trip packages start at $979.
