Association inches toward 2012 membership goal
Mississippi State faithful have proved their confidence in the university during 2012. As of November 30, 40,690 individuals have pledged their support through a financial contribution and have become official members of the MSU Alumni Association.
By joining the Alumni Association, individuals provide critical assistance to MSU through financial contributions to the university. Donations, in any dollar amount, activate membership in the association and provide for scholarships, infrastructure needs, faculty support, classroom supplies and more.
“We have reached 97 percent of our 2012 goal, and look for a strong finish and to surpass that goal by the end of the year,” stated Dr. Jimmy Abraham, associate vice president for development and alumni and executive director of the MSU Alumni Association. “We are so thankful for each of our dedicated alumni and friends who not only support MSU financially, but also give of their time and efforts to promote the Bulldog family around the world.”
