Deadline for chapter end-of-the-year reports nearing
The forms for 2012 chapter recognition and 2013 officer selection are now available on the Alumni Association website. Chapter officers can access forms for several annual programs and awards. All forms are due Dec. 2.
Available forms include:
- Election of 2013 Chapter Officers - Nominate and elect individuals with leadership qualities who are willing to take on the responsibilities of being an officer.
- Chapter Recognition - Encourages and promotes leadership, chapter membership and chapter activities.
- 2012 Chapter Rebate - Chapters receive a rebate of $1.50 for each active member as of Dec. 31, 2012. The form must be completed and all officers must be active members by Dec. 31, 2012.
All forms must be completed and returned to the chapter programs staff by Dec. 2, 2012. Forms may be returned by:
