On Feb. 12, 2010, the MSU Alumni Associationwill come together to recognize some of its most valuable members. Theannual awards banquet will honor our university’s National Alumnus ofthe Year, Young Alumnus of the Year, Distinguished Service AwardRecipients and College Alumni of the Year. 


Following the awards banquet, the Alumni Association will host the2010 Leadership Conference on Saturday, Feb. 13. Alumni and friendswill hear from key university representatives and several alumnivolunteers. Chapter officers will also have a chance to visit withpeers and officers in other areas to get new ideas on strengtheningmembership, recruiting students and better serving the MSU alumni base.The conference will conclude with the 6 p.m. MSU vs. Auburn Men’sBasketball game at Humphrey Coliseum.

“This will be a special time for us torecognize some very deserving individuals and also gain input from ourofficers as we strive to build an even stronger Alumni Association,”said Jimmy Abraham, associate vice president for development and alumniand executive director of the alumni association.
